OMG Working out has given me so much energy!

I feel so much better since I have made the commitment and put action into the commitment I have made to be healthier.  Seriously you are probably on the other side of this going to say "duh, you didn't know this?"  Ya, I guess you can say duh… However, I think it is quite comical.  I mean really I feel alot of us take our healthy and our bodies for granted.

For example, I hate cleaning the house.  If I had to choose between two evils of the things I hate and my choices were shopping and cleaning.  I would choose shopping.  But since I started to workout I feel so much better and I have so much more energy!

This past Saturday I went to the gym, turned on my T-25 and got my time in.  I decided to do two workouts of T-25 and after I did this I came home cleaned my whole house from top to bottom.  Now if you know me you know that is the last thing I like to do on any day of the week.  I would much rather watch TV, go spend time with family, friends, play on the computer or anything that does not involve cleaning.

The reason why I hate it so much is because I always feel too dang tired to do anything.  However, after working out I was ready to go! So I did exactly that and it felt so good.  Now when I see everything in my place I am so happy!  I feel great, my house looks great, and I feel more balanced!

So maybe you are like me and you have no energy.  Well, I know that it takes some gusto to get going but I would like to help you.  With beach body there are all kinds of programs to fit your budget, your schedule and life.  The great thing is you don't have to even leave the house if you don't want to.  I choose to get out of the house because I know myself.  I know that if I stay home I will never get my time in.  Plus being around other people who are sweating just makes me want to work harder!

I have a goal set for myself and I am hoping I can accomplish it.  I have a trip planned to Vegas in June for a conference for beach body.  My goal is to be down 50 pounds by this time.  So I know that if I put the time in I can do it. I am just a girl working on my healthy and I want to help you too!
